Late Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s buddy and health club companion Sunil Shukla on Thursday approached the Bombay High Court, looking for a CBI probe into the actor’s former supervisor Disha Salian, who died beneath “suspicious circumstances”.
Disha Salian, 28, died on June eight after falling off the 14th flooring of a residential constructing in suburban Malad.
Six days later, on June 14, 34-year-old actor was discovered lifeless in his Bandra dwelling.
In the petition, Mr Shukla claimed that each Ms Salian and Mr Rajput died beneath “suspicious circumstances” and that the Mumbai police has not thought-about a number of elements whereas probing her demise.
“The petitioner (Shukla) has documentary evidence to prove that Disha Salian and Sushant Singh Rajput were in touch from March to April 2020,” the petition mentioned.
It added that the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) is already probing the demise of Mr Rajput and therefore even Disha Salian’s demise case must be handed over to the central probe company.
