Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Ok. Palaniswami on Friday urged his Puducherry counterpart V. Narayanasamy to take motion towards those that draped a saffron scarf over the statue of AIADMK founder and late Chief Minister M.G. Ramachandran (MGR).
